Our Appelation Oysters are a must. The freshest, finest quality oyster on the market. Hand selected and flown in from pristine waters, made available from our showcase venue on Rose Bay’s waterfront, Empire Lounge.

On-board cruise catering is prepared by our renowned seafood venue Empire Lounge in Rose Bay. Considered, seasonal choices ideal for relaxed yet exclusive cruising.
